As each product is made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at futart16@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Shipments

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, reshipping costs may apply.

Order Cancellations

As orders enter production quickly, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.
